Meditation Library
Welcome
This meditation library is something that I am curating in early 2026. I will to upload mediations here for the first 6 months of the year. Rather than following a linear sequence, the library is organized by theme, allowing you to choose a meditation based on what you need in the moment.
Each practice is designed to stand on its own while also contributing to a larger body of work focused on regulation, restoration, and embodied presence. You may return to the same meditation many times, or move intuitively between themes as your needs change.
May you be blessed with love, grace, truth, peace, and abundance :)

Daily Energy Hygiene: Clearing What Is Not Yours
This meditation is designed as a daily or repeatable practice to support energetic clarity and discernment. As we move through conversations, responsibilities, and collective environments, it is natural to absorb emotional and energetic material that does not belong to us. Over time, this accumulation can create fatigue, confusion, or a sense of being overly impacted by the world.

Slow Somatic Breathing for Regulation and Ease
This somatic meditation uses slow, natural breathing to support nervous system regulation. Rather than controlling the breath, the practice invites gentle pacing that the body can respond to organically.

Grounding After Emotional or Energetic Overexposure
This meditation is intended for after moments of intensity—emotional conversations, prolonged stimulation, healing work, or environments that require heightened awareness. Rather than revisiting what occurred, the practice focuses on restoring containment and grounding in the present moment.

Receiving Energy Healing Without Effort
This meditation centers on receiving rather than doing. Many people approach healing with subtle effort—trying to relax, trying to heal, or trying to direct the experience. This practice gently releases those patterns.

Listening to the Body Without Fixing or Forcing
This somatic meditation supports attuned listening to bodily experience without the impulse to change or correct sensation. Often, the body regulates most effectively when it feels met rather than managed.

Resetting the Nervous System Through Energy Awareness
This meditation supports the nervous system in returning to a baseline of steadiness after periods of stress, alertness, or emotional strain. Rather than working through the mind, this practice engages the body and energy field through gentle awareness and breath.

Somatic Energy Healing for Deep Rest
This meditation creates conditions for deep rest by blending somatic presence with receptive energy healing. Rather than guiding the body toward sleep, it supports the deeper state beneath rest—where repair, release, and renewal can unfold organically.

Settling the Body After Emotional Intensity
This meditation is designed for moments following emotional conversations, relational processing, or heightened interpersonal engagement. Instead of revisiting or analyzing what occurred, the practice focuses on helping the body discharge activation and return to a sense of containment and ease.
