Herbal Preparations & Marshmallow Root

The Gemini New Moon invites us into curiosity, learning, and connection.

In this practical workshop, we'll explore foundational herbal preparations including infusions, tinctures, oxymels, and other simple ways to begin working with herbs in everyday life.

We'll also introduce our plant ally for the cycle: marshmallow root, a soothing and nourishing herb that teaches us how to remain open, protected, and resilient in a fast-moving world.

Join me in June

…. for two special online gatherings as we welcome the summer season through astrology, herbalism, and embodied practice.

Together we will explore how plants can support us not only physically, but emotionally, energetically, and spiritually as we move through the changing rhythms of the year.

This free series offers a glimpse into the work we do inside the Lunar Herbal Alchemy Circle and is open to anyone curious about building a deeper relationship with herbs, the lunar cycle, and seasonal living.

About the Lunar Herbal Alchemy Circle

The Lunar Herbal Alchemy Circle is an ongoing membership devoted to the intersection of astrology, herbalism, ritual, and seasonal living.

Each lunar cycle we work with a featured herb, explore the astrology of the New and Full Moons, gather live online, and cultivate a deeper relationship with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of plants.

Inside the Circle you'll find herbal monographs, rituals, guided meditations, seasonal teachings, practical herbal preparations, and opportunities to develop a hands-on relationship with plant medicine throughout the year.

Whether you are new to herbalism or have years of experience, the Circle offers a grounded and supportive space to learn, practice, and grow in community.
