Grounding & Receptive Repair
This meditation is intended for after moments of intensity—emotional conversations, prolonged stimulation, healing work, or environments that require heightened awareness. Rather than revisiting what occurred, the practice focuses on restoring containment and grounding in the present moment.
Through breath and downward awareness, excess stimulation is allowed to settle and drain naturally. The body is reminded of its boundaries, weight, and stability. This meditation is especially supportive for sensitive nervous systems or empathic individuals who tend to remain activated after external demands.
Use this practice as a way to close energetic loops and return to yourself.
